To raise the profile of Milton Keynes HR consultancy, Russell HR Consulting, lead by barrister, author and public speaker on all HR-related issues, Kate Russell.
Unofficially know as the ‘HR headmistress’ Meerkat PR ensured that the media had its first HR personality. The strategy included sharing robust opinions on the effect of latest employment legislation for businesses, commenting on wide-ranging recruitment issues and advice guides on best practice – and bravely saying what everyone else was too afraid to, about crucial workplace issues.
ACHIEVEMENTS
The holy grail of PR. Meerkat PR secured a weekly column for Kate in a national newspaper, titled ‘HR Headmistress’. Kate achieves regular national newspaper coverage, has been on national radio, and is currently making headway into trade media around the industries in which her clients operate – making the PR go that extra mile, without having to spend money on advertising.
